Ecare Biofuels Pvt. Ltd. is one of the few companies that Sell Biodiesel in India and also planning for own manufacturing. Ecare Biofuels is a wholly subsidiary of Ecare Biofuels headquarted in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. The Proposed Biodiesel plant is coming at Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh, with a  Production capacity of  150000 metric tones per annum and was negotiating for commissioned with CT Systems  an European and Grape Engineering Private Limited  on joint venture basis  for the supply of Technology and Erection and Commissioning  who are the best technology providers in Oleo Chemical Industries in world.

And with an expansion proposal capacities of 1500000 Metric tones per annum in the district of Nellore in Andhra Pradesh from the Technology providers from CT Systems and Grape Engineering. Commercial production was commenced in late 2020. Biodiesel produced confirms ASTM, EN and BIS standards. The pretreatment plant and Olein removal plant and glycerin refinery will provide Ecare Biofuels with a strategic and significant cost savings and flexibility, and thus positioning the significant place for the company in the global renewable leaders. Ecare Biofuels Pvt. Ltd. produces Biodiesel from domestic feedstocks and also from imports from Malaysia and Indonesia and supplies to the burgeoning biofuels market in India.

Company History

Our motto in this organization is to develop products that improve lives and to apply modern biotechnology to crop production an area which holds great promises for farmers and also for entrepreneurs and consumers in general. We understand that it would be difficult to achieve different beneficial applications by using conventional techniques. 1. Waste to energy:

Waste to Energy (WTE), is a term that is used to describe various technologies that convert non-recyclable waste into usable forms of energy including heat, fuels and electricity.

2. Energy from wast

Energy can be recovered from waste by various (very different) technologies. It is important that recyclable material is removed first, and that energy is recovered from what remains.

3. Gasification and Pyrolysis:

Gasification, as applied to solid waste materials and biomass, is a relatively new application of this technology that is increasingly being used for the disposal of wastes.
